Acting City Manager James Babin has provided a recommended budget for Fiscal Year 2014 for city of Rio Rancho municipal government operations and services to Mayor Swisstack and the City Council. Budget Hearings will take place May 1, 2 and 7.
From Monday, May 20 through Friday, May 24 Lane restrictions will occur on Unser Boulevard from Abrazo Road to Cherry Road for traffic signal communication-related work. Restrictions will be in place daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
On May 25, the city of Rio Rancho’s three outdoor pools will open for public use. All three outdoor pool locations will be open daily through Aug. 19. The Rio Rancho Aquatic Center will have extended summer operating hours from May 28 through Aug. 17.
